No typical city-lot look and feel to this subdivision. The road layout provides curvature throughout the subdivision, especially in the lower, un-wooded area, to impart a desirable sense of character. Wooded areas, and lots of terrain and elevation changes, allow for unique and appealing house layouts (all lots are either English or walkout style). The entire site is 60 acres on which we have designed 51, one-acre lots—an uncommonly high ratio of lots per acre.
