 Serenity Creek is a Point in Time (aging in place) Community offered by Reschke General Contractors (RGC). It is designed for retired people to purchase their home and then sell it back to the home owners association for the next retired person to purchase. This 24 unit development is located on 8 acres in the western part of Woodstock. RGC is will complete this development in 2007 and will begin construction on the second community of this type named Four Seasons in Marengo. Both communities have curvilinear road systems with scenic views of the Kishwaukee Valley watershed.
