• We provide topography using Total Station equipment and/or GPS. Both allow for greater accuracy compared to other commonly-used methods and enable us to use USGS elevations when necessary. Our drawings are also computer-generated using AutoCAD, which makes them more accurate, legible and easier to revise.
  
• Schmitt Engineering has a 90% pass rating with the Health Department, reducing the likelihood of project delays. If plans are rejected, we will re-submit them within one day of notification. And, if the revision was due to an error on our part, we will pay the revision fee.
  
• Our designs include consideration of home additions, pools and outbuildings.
  
• We provide stormwater management plans as necessary.
