We focus on establishing harmonious and close working relationships with architects, landscaping, soil and wetland consultants, owners and any others involved in site plan development for both residential and commercial properties.

SEPTIC PLANS
We provide designs for existing septics in need of repair or new septics. Our designs include consideration of home additions, pools and outbuildings. We provide stormwater management plans as necessary.

COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS
Whether a small or large development, we provide the initial sketch then work together with the client to the final engineering drawings for the site. As part of the subdivision design process, we apply for all the necessary permits, give estimates of probable costs and assist with the letter of credit process.

Surveying Services

The experienced surveying staff at Schmitt Engineering provides comprehensive surveying services in support of Schmitt civil engineering designs. Kevin Discher; our surveyor on staff, uses a robotic total station with advanced computer software for survey data collection. By using this technology he can transfer data from the field quickly and accurately into drawings allowing us to provide surveys on-time and on-budget.
